Thankfully, Sydney’s heavy-handed lockout laws haven’t yet prohibited all the late-night revelry at this sepia-tinged, knees-up bunker in the CBD. Although the vintage 20s imbiber may be better known for its rakish barmen, flapper gals and rum runners, you’ll also find a hearty German-American menu of meatballs, pastrami, pretzels and hotdogs available until 3am.
