Morena x Inari Omakase
Morena, The Bodrum EDITION’s all-day resto will be joining hands with top Istanbul Asian resto, Inari Omakase, for an evening pop-up that brings a dose of Japanese flair to the menu.
Kitchen x Od Urla
Kitchen is bringing on Turkish celebrity chef, Osman Sezener of Od Urla with a brand new concept featuring locally sourced produce and home-grown ingredients from the hotel’s own gardens. Expect a feast of fresh fish, meat, herbs, salad greens and veggies.
Peruvian specials at Brava
Headed by celebrity chef Diego Muñoz, al fresco restaurant Brava will be serving up brand new dishes from Peru including the fomo-inducing Lomo Saltado and Nikkei Ceviche. Wash it all down with Latin American inspired drinks at Brava bar.
What else is there to do at The Bodrum EDITION other than eat, you ask? Head over to Morena Beach and take up space in a private cabana with a handcrafted cocktail or two, and enjoy the DJ sets and beach parties every Friday and Saturdays.
