Trust your instincts, and say no when you mean it
24 hours in London, what are the must-dos?
Watch the sun come up somewhere over the Thames, walk around central London & visit the British Museum & Tate Britain, cocktails in Soho, then dive bars like The Crobar and the Garlic & Shots basement, maybe Trisha’s, then dinner at St Johns Bread & Wine. Dalston for a party!
Favourite restaurant or bar perch in London?
Smoking Goat for food and drinks
What was the last memorable meal you ate?
The hot & sour soup and dumplings at North China Dumplings in Cambridge, it’s one of my favourite spots to go to with my boyfriend.
The mix for my winter carrot cake boiling on the stove, it always means I’m feeling cosy.
Three fantasy dinner dates, and what would you serve?
Townes van Zandt, David Byrne, Tom Waits. I’d serve my borscht and dumplings, a couple of pies, wine and whisky

Laughter is the best therapy, then baking!
