It’s certainly a looker, but Zaha Hadid’s sinuous, futuristic spaceship also plays host to events from blockbuster exhibits to Seoul Fashion Week, and is home to Korea’s largest art and design shop. For a bonus taste of what went before, wander round the exterior with eyes cast down, and you may spy traces of the ancient pathways left from the site excavation. Old meets new!
