Eat better: Plant-based eating options

Plant-based diets are more popular than ever before. Whether you choose to be completely vegetarian or vegan, or simply reduce meat intake, the evidence is clear that eating lots of vegetables and fruit is good for you. It can help lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and certain types of cancer, and provide your body with essential vitamins and minerals. Scoffing a bag of potato crisps doesn’t count however, it’s all about balance. Here’s our list of places for delicious plant-based meals to get you started.

The menu, which changes regularly, features a range of plant-based and seafood dishes that might include Hokkaido scallops with chayote and green curry, or a crisp and meaty brik made with Karana jackfruit.
