Available from 2:30pm to 4:15pm on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the nautical-themed three-tiered tea set includes sweet and savoury treats such as a lifesaver-themed vanilla cheesecake, Star Ferry-shaped Mont-Blanc chocolate cream on biscuits, classic cucumber sandwiches and tuna Niçoise on focaccia, served alongside The Peninsula’s famed raisin scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
More into cocktails and canapes? Grab your sea legs and sunglasses and climb aboard for The Peninsula Hong Kong’s Sunset Soirée Cruise. Bringing its signature classy touch to the World Star, the two-hour sightseeing tour begins every weekend evening at 5:30PM, taking you around Victoria Harbour from Tsim Sha Tsui Pier to Ting Kau Bridge and back, while you bask in the glow of the setting sun at golden hour.
